On a vacation in a rental car. Tire pressure in right front tire dropping from 42psi to 27psi. Stopped into Pep Boys on Alpharetta highway and I was out of there within an hour and back to vacation time!!! (On my birthday). ❤️❤️❤️

I have an old Dodge Ram 2500 truck. Sometime ago, I took it to these guys to replace water pump and everything went well. I recently returned with AC problems and the truck needing maintenance. I’ve had great conversations with Jamie, Jimmy, and Lloyd. Three very sincere professionals. Their technician also spent extra time trying to help me with my AC and it turns out they cannot. I will need to go to a body shop to take the dash out They would not charge me for the time spent working on it because they couldn’t guarantee that it would last That’s integrity. I will be making referrals. Thank you Gentlemen!

We had our hyundai SUV towed to this pep boys as it was recommended by our insurance provider after the engine shut off while driving. The engine oil pressure light had come on and we safely guided it to the roadside and called a tow. Upon arrival at Pep boys, they jumped it or turned it on by whatever other means to drive it on into the shop. The next morning i get a call, Pep boys claims the battery and alternator are dead and need to be replaced. Some googling told me that was possible, but not the most likely scenario, but whatever - im not a car enthusiast - let the experts handle it. When I get the call that its been fixed, they tell me its $1200 and the engine is now making some insane rattling sound as of this morning. I get in it and start it up to see what they are talking about. Its like a school bus reproduced with a machine gun. It wasnt making this noise when I drove it into the shop. I turned the car off and went back in to chat, because that just didnt feel safe. They said "its just a noise, and it will go away after a few oil changes if you just buy our special oil". Great sales pitch guys. They assured me it was fixed and safe to drive. So at this point I decide t

I had my brakes replaced at this place, replacing rotors and brake pads, after a week I had it bad again. I come back so they could take a look and after all they said my brake caliper was bad, but this was not informed upfront when they did the service, I had asked why and they said it wasn`t like that when they services and said it was a warranty issue. I took it to dealership and explained everything and asked for inspection. They got back with pictures of caliper damages due to force and got me a whole report. I got back to the store and explained it but I was informed I had to talk with costumer service. Called to costumer service and the only answer they say is that somebody will call me which it has 3 months and never happened. They also don`t give you a timeframe for call from the costumer service. I will never get any of our personal or company car to this place or any pepboys. Costumer service horrible and this was a whole expensive repair

I would like to thank the team at Pepboys located on Alpharetta Hwy. Jamie was absolutely fantastic, delivering the best customer service I have received servicing a vehicle. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and provided insight to the issues I was experiencing. He assured me they would take care of me and they did. While I waited, the hospitality was phenomenal and I enjoyed having a conversation with fellow customers! Keep up the great work and THANK YOU MR. JAMIE!!
